These superb meditations were designed for our friends and family asking for a way to center themselves during a hectic schedule. Now they’re yours to use – a new one every month! Useful on lunch breaks, in between meetings, on short flights – in fact any time when you can grab ten minutes or so between all the other things that living requires. Just because they’re quick doesn’t mean they’re not potent. (ie NOT recommended while driving a car). We make these in response to the most popular requests by you.
